By commissioning the artist (negicantdraw) for any service, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
• I have the right to decline a commission.
• please provide clear photo references about what you want - whether it's a pose, or your OC's characteristics.
• the prices could be upped by +20% if, PRIOR TO STARTING the commission, I will deem the work requires more time than the usual due to many details or such.
• additional characters are half the price form the selected option.
• I cannot guarantee for the commission to be done by a certain date! Also, I probably will have multiple commissions slots booked at the same time, so be respectful and mindful of the fact you might be not the only one I will be working for!
• to ask for a commission, fill in the form and the end of the page; after giving me the details of your commissions I'll see if I can book a commission slot for you!
First come first served.
If I deem your commission doable, we will proceed to payment by sending you an invoice and will alert you through e-mail when the invoice and the payment have gone through!
• I require payment upfront and this is non-negotiable.
• after the payment I'll update you with a first rough sketch that will give you an idea of how the piece is gonna progress from then on: this is the stage where I'm gonna do big revisions so please speak out now if you'd like anything changed. Considering how I'm gonna draw based on the references you provided me, I will not do more than 2 major changes to the rough initial sketch.
FROM THIS STAGE ON, I will not change anything big - example, the pose: in the next stages, 3-4 minor changes (colors or details or expression's little details) are allowed.
• After that you will receive the finished piece, but if you want I'll try to send you some updates from the in-between stages.
• NO more revisions allowed after the piece is finished and edited.
• The final piece will be emailed to you in high-res, and it will have my watermark on it.
DO NOT claim my art as your own or sell it for commercial use: I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
I may use your commission piece in my portfolio, future commission samples, and to promote myself on any site; I am therefore allowed to post it whenever I want.The listed prices are for personal and private use only: therefore commissioners do not have the right to sell a piece of art in any way, shape or form including merchandise.
You DO NOT HAVE the right to use my art for anything that involves it being COPIED, SOLD, TRACED, EDITED, put into AIs or used as NFT.The commissioners are allowed to;
• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise;
• Print the art, and claim the right of their original character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
• payment up front via paypal after your slot is confirmed; I will send a mail to you if it is, and will send you an invoice through paypal.
I will begin working on the piece once I've received the payment -
• all payments are in EUR (European Euro) and will happen through Paypal.Any other currency and/or payment method will not be accepted.
• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
• If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
• the commissioner cannot demand any refunds after a commission has been started.
• waiting time up 2-3 weeks before I contact you about your request.
• feel free to fill out the form in the meantime!
